ABOUT THE PERIOD 2 END-OF-LEVEL MAKE-UP EXAM 

For B1+, B1+R & B2 level students  who are unable to attend the written session of the End-of-Level Exam on 21 January 2026 and/or the speaking part of the exam due to exceptional circumstances (OFFICIAL MEDICAL REPORT WITH DOCUMENTATION, PRE-PURCHASED TRAVEL TICKET, CLUB DUTY, or SIMILAR JUSTIFIED REASONS WITH DOCUMENTATION), the End-of-Level Make-up Exam will be held on Monday, 3 February 2026.

Students who have the above-mentioned reasons must complete the General Purpose Student Petition Form available on our website (https://ydyo.iku.edu.tr/) (https://ydyo.iku.edu.tr/tr/form/genel-amacli-ogrenci-dilekce-for) and attach the relevant document (e.g., a plane/bus ticket or screenshot showing departure and return dates, a medical report, etc.).

* IMPORTANT NOTE:  The start date of Period 3 classes for the English Preparatory Program is Wednesday, 18 February 2026. The make-up plan and announcement for the two days when classes could not be held will be shared separately via CATS.
