Instructor Wellbeing

Purpose
Mindful Moments supports instructors’ mental wellbeing by offering structured yet gentle practices that help reduce stress, build emotional resilience, and cultivate balance during the academic year. Led by certified colleagues, these sessions recognize that thriving teachers need not only professional but also emotional support.

What It Includes

  • Weekly drop-in sessions led by certified instructors trained in yoga, breathwork, or mindfulness practices
  • Simple breathing exercises, grounding techniques, and light movement to ease tension
  • Optional participation, with no sign-up pressure or required sharing
  • 15–20 minutes max, timed around breaks or in the morning before classes start
