Student Voice

Purpose
The Student Voice component of RISE ensures that students are not just participants in their education, but active contributors to the development and quality of the preparatory program. It provides a structured, respectful, and open channel for learners to express their experiences, ideas, and concerns. At the beginning of the academic year, each class elects one representative to serve as a Student Quality Ambassador.

Their responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and voicing feedback, suggestions, complaints, and expectations from classmates
  • Attending regular meetings with the SFL administration
  • Acting as a bridge between the student body and institutional leadership

This initiative enhances student agency and inclusion by giving learners a formal role in shaping their academic environment. It strengthens transparency and trust within the learning community by creating a structured dialogue between students and the SFL administration. By collecting feedback directly from student representatives, the School of Foreign Languages is able to make more data-informed, student-centered improvements. Additionally, the role of Student Quality Ambassador promotes the development of leadership, communication, and civic responsibility among participating students.
