Follow-up and Feedback
Although the main orientation takes place at the beginning of the academic year, student feedback is continuously gathered to evaluate its effectiveness and identify ongoing needs. This is done through:
- End-of-period surveys, where students evaluate their instructors
- Feedback on institutional practices, helping the SFL identify areas for improvement in communication, teaching, support services, and digital systems
